Work you'll do

• Spearhead the Firm's Internship Program and coordinate with universities and colleges for internship opportunities
• Responsible in sourcing, screening, selecting, and on-boarding candidates for various job openings across the firm
• Conduct job interviews to shortlisted candidates
• Prepare and discuss contract and job offer to the applicant
• Participate and represent the Firm in campus recruitment events like career fairs, review school visits
• Process and review legal documents such as agreements and memoranda
• Formulate recruitment strategies to achieve needs of the business
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of applicant database
• Monitor the completeness of the pre-employment requirements of new hires
• Schedule and monitor results of pre-employment medical exam of candidates who already accepted the offer
• Create SAP account of new hires in SuccessFactors
• Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management, or similar fields is preferred

• Work experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Certifications: None required, Registered Psychometrician (preferred but not required)
• Required skills: Preferably with experience in volume hiring, Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process, Experience utilizing HR systems and sourcing strategies/channels, Above-average skills in written and spoken English, Keen attention to detail, Strong administrative, planning, and organizational ability, Well-developed presentation skills, Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals, Ability to build relationships with students, professors, and other members of academic community
