Our Human Capital Department is looking for a driven and goal-oriented data analyst

Our Human Capital Department is in charge of managing the overall quality and recruitment of our 2000+ trainers based across the Philippines and in several overseas countries. From recruiting, training, and onboarding, to counseling and providing live support to our trainers, the Human Capital Department ensures that Bizmates trainers are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide quality service of the highest standard to our Japanese students.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Reporting, data analysis background
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience
  • Has stable power supply and internet connection
  • Required Skill(s): MS Excel advanced, Google sheets, SQL, Power BI

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts in-depth analysis on available data to support business decisions.
  • Conceptualizes and monitors progress of ongoing initiatives according to parameters set by superior.
  • Provide support to the department through answering queries and requests related to pertinent data and reports.
  • Works and consults with multiple stakeholders to collect and analyze necessary data for building dashboards.
  • Creates data analytics tools & develops data-driven solutions such as dashboards, reports, and toolkits.
  • Take initiatives to improve the control environment of reporting the output and deliverables, and identify ways to improve efficiency.
  • Periodic preparation and delivery of pre-agreed reporting for various sections
  • Understand, process and aggregate data from the metabase and load into relevant data repositories.
