We are looking for a Data Analyst-Business Intelligence to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools
  • Solid hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports
  • Proven leadership skills in managing BI teams and driving projects to completion
  • Good understanding of basic computer operations and programming concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to stakeholders
  • Deep technical knowledge relevant to the business domain and data environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage BI projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Prioritize requests and balance short-term needs with long-term roadmap.
  • Communicate findings and progress to senior leadership with clarity and impact.

Success Metrics

  • Adoption and usage of BI tools across departments
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
  • Measurable impact of insights on business outcomes
  • Team development and retention
