QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a construction setting is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care standards.
  • With trainings such as OHNAP, BOSH, COSH, and other related training/certificate in Safety and Health is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
  • FREE lodging
  • Can start ASAP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide prompt first aid and emergency medical care for injuries and illnesses on-site.
  • Stabilize injured workers and coordinate emergency transportation if needed.
  • Maintain emergency response kits and medical supplies.
  • Monitor the health of workers exposed to hazardous conditions (e.g., dust, chemicals, heat).
  • Conduct regular health checks (BP, temperature, etc.) and report concerns.
  • Promote hygiene, ergonomics, hydration, and general well-being.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and awareness sessions on topics like heat stress, PPE usage, and fatigue.
  • Maintain accurate records of injuries, illnesses, and treatments provided.
  • Support documentation for workplace injury reports (e.g., incident reports).
  • Assist in tracking medical leaves and return-to-work evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with local occupational health laws and regulations.
  • Assist safety officers in developing site-specific health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in health and safety audits or inspections.

WORK CONDITION:

  • Full-time position on active construction site.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and noise.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
