The ETL Developer is responsible to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions that supports business intelligence and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, building efficient data pipelines, and ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Design and Implement ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it according to business rules, and load it into data warehouses or data lakes.


• Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other developers to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions


• Optimize and automate ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.


• Monitor and troubieshoot ETL jobs to ensure timely and accurale data delivery


• Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and system configurations.


• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.


• Document technical speciticaions, data fiow diagrams, and operational procedures for ETL, processes


• Desion and senerate tabuiar feberts asing reporting tools (eg, Power Bl, Tableau, 55RS, Excel) based on data extracted shrough ETL processes


• Ensure data extracted are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Has 3-4 years proven experience with ETL tools (e.g. SSIS, Azure Data Factory).


• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g, SQL Server, MySQL).


• Familiarity with on premise and cloud platforms preferably Azure and big data technologies is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
