HR Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
* End to end process of recruitment
* Assist with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties
* Compile and update records of 201 file
* Process documentation relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training,
grievances, performance evaluation, etc.)
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing DTR of employees
* Assist in processing of claims and loans
* Prepares employee relations activities such as birthday party, summer outing,
Christmas Party etc.
* Monitor employment status of employees
* Observes and ensures implementation of company policies, guidelines and procedures
* Coordinate with HR Business Partner for some HR concern
* Perform other HR related duties that may be assigned from time to time

City of Naga, Cebu at HINO

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
