Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management and equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a purchasing capacity sourcing goods, parts, supplies, and services required for Construction, Marine/Vessels and Heavy Equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, procurement management software, and other relevant ERP applications

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares requests for quotations, bids, and proposals, and collects quotes, bids, and proposals for evaluation.
  • Develop, track, and analyze key procurement performance metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies and supplier performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on procurement efficiency, cost savings, supplier delivery, and contract compliance for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement process improvements based on data insights and metrics analysis.
  • Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance by gathering relevant data and generating reports that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide detailed analysis of procurement activities to quantify value delivered and identify areas for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in forecasting procurement needs and preparing procurement plans based on metric trends and company objectives.
  • Present procurement reports and insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic sourcing efforts.
