What You'll Work On

  • Design and maintain a Supabase backend (Postgres, auth, storage, APIs)

  • Build and improve Retool apps for internal teams (sales, operations, production)

  • Replace Airtable-based workflows with structured, scalable systems

  • Create workflow automations (status changes, notifications, data syncing, approvals)

  • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI or similar) into internal workflows (summarization, decision support,

data enrichment)

  • Connect third-party tools via APIs (email, scheduling, project management, etc.)

  • Improve data consistency, performance, and long-term maintainability

  • Document systems and help establish internal best practices

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with SQL and relational data modeling

  • Experience working with Supabase or PostgreSQL-based backends

  • Hands-on experience building internal tools (Retool or similar platforms)

  • Comfort working with APIs and webhooks

  • Experience creating workflow automations

  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating LLMs into production workflows

  • JavaScript / TypeScript experience

  • Familiarity with auth, roles, and permissions

  • Experience migrating data from tools like Airtable or spreadsheets

  • Background working with operational or logistics-heavy businesses
