  • Point person handlung all aftersales concern.
  • Communicates with the Technicians, Customers, and Management.
  • Prepares weekly reports for all the services done both outside and within the service station.
  • Maintains positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical-related Work
  • Able to communicate and empathize with clients
  • Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Results-Oriented; With Drivers License is a plus
