Your Role as a Multimedia Artist/Marketing Intern

This internship is open to students pursuing degrees in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related fields. As the intern, you'll be guided by a dedicated trainer and collaborate with a creative team on a variety of tasks.

Assigned under the Change Management Training Department, you will support internal communication, training, and engagement initiatives by transforming information into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals and media content. This includes creating materials that enhance learning experiences, promote awareness of change initiatives, and strengthen organizational communication through creative storytelling and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing: Assist in editing and refining video content for internal and public-facing use, ensuring clarity, impact, and visual polish.
  • Publication Materials: Design posters, social media graphics, and other visual assets that support campaigns and communications.
  • Training Support Materials: Develop visual aids, infographics, and presentation decks used in training sessions for site leads.
  • Pitch and Caption Writing: Craft compelling captions, taglines, and short-form copy that enhance visual content and drive engagement.
  • Creative Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions, assist in layout and design revisions, and support other multimedia tasks as assigned.
  • Documentation: Capture photos or videos of training sessions and create highlight reels or recap materials for internal sharing.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong video editing skills, a good eye for design, and the ability to write clear, engaging captions. Additional tasks may be assigned to broaden your exposure and deepen your creative experience. Internship set-up:

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
  • Onsite (Head office: IMC Building, LRA Compound, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City)

Specification:

  • A minimum of 400 hours requirement; can onboard a week after passing the final level interview.
  • For involuntary internship/academic requirement, availability of MOA for legal review.
  • Internship allowance provided.
