We are currently hiring for Accounting Specialist to join our #happyatwork growing team

Job Overview:

To proactively manage the Accounts Receivables process, including the timely and accurate processing and payment of all compliant and approved creditor invoices.

Job Description:

  • Routine AR portfolio review and upkeep to a high level
  • Proactively execute collection activities & consistent follow up
  • Daily interaction and collaboration with external and internal customers; to assist, address inquiry and disputed transactions effectively
  • Host customer calls to review account discrepancies, billing errors, disputes and other issues that will cause delay in payment
  • Customer Master housekeeping ensuring accurate Bill to information and Accounts Payable contact related information

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience with expertise in Collection, a plus on subscription renewal portfolio knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Understanding of basic accounting, AR/Collections policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems and platforms, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Pivot
  • Experience in sales tax regulations and Avalara software
  • Critical thinker, highly analytical who can deal with complex issue, and an inquisitive disposition
  • to research business issues and identify root cause and resolution
  • Self-motivated, works well on own initiative, able to work under pressure and can multi-task to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent collaborator with amicable personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-driven; People oriented, flexible individual, supportive and can adapt to changes
  • Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
