About the role

As an Onsite Civil Engineer at RCPuzon builders Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in Labo Camarines Norte. This full-time position requires on-site presence and on-the-ground management of civil engineering tasks, ensuring the projects adhere to industry standards and client specifications.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpreting and translating design plans into practical implementation
  • Supervising on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
  • Conducting regular site inspections and documenting progress
  • Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and the design team
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the construction crew
  • Ensuring quality control measures are followed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation for project records

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an on-site Civil Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Familiarity with project management software and documentation processes
