GENERAL FOREMAN

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities related to civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works. Ensures that all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all civil, structural, and architectural works at the project site. Interpret drawings and specifications to guide daily construction activities. Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to resolve site issues. Oversee formwork, rebar, concreting, masonry, plastering, finishing, and architectural details. Conduct regular inspections and maintain records of progress and manpower. Lead toolbox meetings and enforce safety and discipline on site. Qualifications: Graduate of a technical, vocational, or engineering course (Civil preferred). At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, and architectural works. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledgeable in construction drawings, methods, and safety practices. Willing to be assigned within the Caraga Region or other project sites, specifically in Siargao. #J-18808-Ljbffr
