• Running remote discovery audits and assessments across servers, networks, cloud, and security.
• Deploying our managed services stack — monitoring, backup, endpoint, and security tools.
• Producing accurate, high-quality documentation, diagrams, and system inventories.
• Identifying issues early and supporting remediation ahead of go-live.
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers, TAMs, and Service Delivery to hit transition milestones smoothly.
• Preparing environments so the Support team can succeed from day one.
• Following change management processes and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout onboarding.

• Experience performing technical discovery, auditing, or onboarding activities (MSP experience a plus).
• Strong grasp of Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, M365, and common infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with deploying monitoring, backup, RMM, and security tools.
• Solid troubleshooting abilities and a methodical, calm approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent documentation skills — clear, structured, and easy to follow.
• Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple onboarding streams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Between ₱85,000 and ₱110,000 per month × 13, depending on your skills and certifications.
