Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, decorate, and assemble custom cakes for various occasions (weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.).
  • Use a variety of decorating techniques, including fondant work, buttercream piping, hand-painting, sculpting, and sugar flowers.
  • Collaborate with customers and the team to bring cake concepts to life.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
  • Keep up with trends in cake design and decorating.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cake decorator, cake artist, or pastry chef.
  • Strong artistic skills and a creative eye for design.
  • Proficiency in fondant, gum paste, buttercream, and other decorating mediums.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sculpted cakes or 3D designs.
  • Basic photography skills for cake portfolio shots.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From Php650.00 per day
