Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and conducting maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems. The role involves daily interactions with customers to ensure their air-conditioning systems are functioning efficiently and reliably.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Industrial)
  • +3 years of related role in HVAC industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems,

components, and industry standards
- Preferably to have certification in COSH, BOSH, TESDA CAIS NCIII, and TESDA Electrical Installation and

Maintenance NCII

  • Preferably to have knowledge in chilled water system
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and remotely
  • Highly

collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Organizational and time management skills
- Customer focus mindset
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment speci dfications, and governmental regulations
- Good in creating reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and able to effectively present information

and respond questions from top management, customers, and service team.
