Digital Marketing Associate

• Develop, conceptualize, and execute social media content plans and calendars for various platforms and accounts.
• Create engaging and consistent content across all social media platforms, including writing and editing posts to improve customer engagement and boost social media campaigns.
• Manage a high volume of daily social media posts to ensure active brand presence.
• Coordinate and oversee social influencer partnerships, including collaborations with vloggers, influencers, live-sellers and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on social media marketing performance, tracking key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize social media marketing efforts for better engagement and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to align with business objectives and drive results.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media content.
• Design and edit creative materials using Canva and/or Photoshop for promotional content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills with the ability to create engaging social media posts.
• Experience in Facebook, TikTok, IG Ads management and understanding of social media algorithms
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Experience in coordinating social influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report marketing performance.
