POSITION SUMMARY

The key role of the Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that food products meet the established standards of quality and food safety set by both the company and regulatory authorities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for the in-line monitoring analysis to ensure compliance of process, environment, and personnel to cGHP/ SSOP/ Food Safety/ HACCP requirements production.
  • Coordinate with the Food Safety Team on all matters about health and safety and environment protection for the guidance of the company, and its team member.
  • Investigate the root cause of audit findings or accidents and prepare (short-term/long-term) corrective action reports for presentation to the food safety team.
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure by company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect facilities, equipment, products, and personnel to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports, and develop guidelines and standards practices related to food safety for traceability and records.
  • Assist the Production Supervisor with hands-on operational activities, ensuring production requirements are met.
  • Responsible for reporting to the QA head for discrepancies in the result of the standard quality process.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality systems and manufacturing processes, technologies or other relevant area of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (CGHP, HACCP, and other benchmark scheme)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
