About the role

This is a full-time Customer Sales Associate position at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc.', located in Cavite City, Cavite. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our telco clients, ensuring their needs are met and their business objectives are achieved.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our telco products and services
  3. Process customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and provide post-sales support
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  5. Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and identify new business opportunities
  6. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth

What we're looking for

  1. With or Without BPO Experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and concerns effectively
  5. Familiarity with telco products, services, and industry trends
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
