● Manages and secures the end to end infrastructure operations of VHIVE across

companies and locations covering all IT (even OT) devices and equipment:

○ Software and Hardware

○ Email

○ Firewall

○ Server

○ POS

○ Data Centre and Storage Facilities (Cloud)

○ Remote, Virtual and Wired/less Access

○ CCTV, PABX (phone communication)

○ Cybersecurity

● Manages and vets vendors through Technology Cost Management (TCM) practices

● Manages IT and OT devices, equipment and subscriptions through Total Cost of

Ownership (TCO) practices

● Manages and develops infrastructure team members
