ICT Division Head

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop and implement the ICT strategy aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure adoption of modern technology solutions.
• Advise senior management on ICT trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

2. ICT Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day ICT operations, including network, hardware, software, and system performance.
• Ensure reliable and secure ICT infrastructure, connectivity, and applications.
• Manage IT service delivery to meet organizational needs and service-level agreements.

3. Systems Development & Integration

• Supervise the design, development, and implementation of ICT systems and applications.
• Ensure integration of systems across different business units for efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

4. Cybersecurity & Data Management

• Establish and enforce ICT security policies, standards, and disaster recovery plans.
• Safeguard organizational data through cybersecurity measures, backup solutions, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and ICT regulations.

5. Budgeting & Resource Management

• Prepare and manage ICT division budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Procure ICT equipment, software, and services in line with organizational needs.
• Ensure effective utilization of ICT resources and assets.

6. People & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop ICT staff to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and provide solutions.
• Manage relationships with external ICT vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
