Accounting Supervisor

Alta Vista de Boracay, managed by DMCI PDI Hotels, a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is currently looking for an Accounting Supervisor. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DMCI PDI Hotels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and ensure that the accounting-related deliverables of DMCI PDI Hotels and its hotel/s are delivered timely and with quality
• Ensure that reports such as, but not limited to, financial reports, tax reports, bank reconciliation reports, etc. are prepared timely and accurately
• Analyze and interpret financial-related data and provide recommendations to the management as needed
• Review and approve payments for utilities, service providers, taxes, LGU payables, etc.
• Ensure compliance of the company and its hotel/s to all accounting-related standards, protocols, and report requirements,

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management, or other similar courses
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hotel accounting experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, purchasing, inventory, vendor management and stock control.
• Experience in compliance monitoring for permits, taxes, and contracts.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop accounting and finance staff.
• Keen attention to detail in verifying system data, receipts, guest information, and
• operational reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts.
• Is a resident or is willing to be assigned in Malay, Aklan
