About the Role:

PRDC is looking for an
Operations Manager
who will lead overall service delivery, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure smooth, efficient operations across all accounts. The ideal candidate is a strong leader preferably with in
Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
,
customer relations
, and
operations monitoring and control
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence at all client sites.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for operational concerns.
  • Monitor KPIs, implement action plans, and drive performance improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and coordinate site teams for optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with PRDC standards, client requirements, and other regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in Operations Management, preferably in IFM or manpower services.
  • Strong client-handling and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
