About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications both on the backend and frontend using Ruby on Rails and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Build and integrate interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Vue).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Maintain and manage API integrations (RESTful or GraphQL).
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Full-Stack Developer using Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong frontend skills in JavaScript , , or Angular)
  • Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in working with REST APIs.
  • Version control experience with Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Docker.
  • Background in test-driven development (TDD).
  • Experience working with GraphQL.
  • Experience with Sidekiq for background job processing.
