JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a skilled and adaptable Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The role involves developing and maintaining both frontend and backend systems across multiple projects. You'll primarily work with React and , while also helping to maintain legacy platforms built on PHP (Laravel).

You'll collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly digital products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Build and integrate backend services using or PHP/Laravel.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs to connect systems and services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members through Git-based workflows (branching, PRs, and code reviews).
  • Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and process improvements.
  • Stay updated with modern development tools, trends, and frameworks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks such as or PHP/Laravel.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, adapt quickly, and learn new technologies as needed.

NICE TO HAVE (BONUS SKILLS)

  • Experience with React Native (cross-platform app development).
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerized workflows.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php35,000.00 per month
