Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures on-time processing of the following:

  2. Stock Receiving Report

  3. Goods Receipt
  4. Transfer Posting

  5. Inventory Report

  6. Ensures the accuracy of the Finished Goods inventory matches the actual and book records.

  7. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.

Skills Required:

  1. Technical Skills

  2. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Application.

  3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

  4. Behavior Skills

  5. Displaying good time management skills, including punctuality, and limiting downtime.

  6. Requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime.
  7. Must be accurate, efficient, and organized.
  8. Ability to work independently and as a team.

Qualifications:

  1. A graduate of 4-year business course.
  2. Preferably with working experience in a warehousing or similar environment.
