Warehouse Custodian

I. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to safe keep the Raw Materials that enters the warehouse and ensures that inventory remains balanced, restocks.

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures optimum warehouse space utilization.

2. Ensures accurate inventory of the assigned warehouse material/s.

3. Ensures Good Warehousing practices.

III. JOB TASKS

1. Goods Receipt

1.1 Sort and place Raw Materials in the warehouse according to specified storage location.

1.2 Arrange Raw Materials in an organized manner to avoid damage or premature deterioration.

1.2 Receive Sales Returns

1. Goods Issue

2.1 Facilitates accurate releasing of raw materials.

2.2 Observes First-in First-out (FIFO) method.

1. Maintains records of the following:

3.1 Stock Ledgers

3.2 Inventory Reports

1. Conducts 5S

IV. SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Technical Skills

1.1 Proficient in MS excel and MS Word Application

1.2 Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

1.3 Good mathematical and analytical skills

1. Behavioral Skills

2.1 Time management skills

2.2 Decision-making skills

2.3 Requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime

V. AUTHORITIES

Authorize to receive and release item/s that store in the assigned warehouse.

VIII. QUALIFICATIONS

1. A graduate of any 4-year business course.

2. Preferably with relevant working experience in a warehousing or similar environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
