WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  1. Does maintenance work such as:

1.1. Installation and repair of door locksets and hingers;

1.2 Repair of office furniture;

1.3 Installation and repair of Venetian Blinds;

1.4 Fabrication, installation and repair of air conditioning unit and picture frames.

  1. Does tinsmith work such as:

2.1 Installation and repair of roofing sheets, flashings and gutters;

2.2 Checking and repair of leaks

  1. Does locksmith works like repair and maintenance of padlocks and doorknobs

  2. Perform any other tasks related to duties as may assigned by the supervisor or department head.
