CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE | POSSIBLE WORK FROM HOME AFTER TRAINING

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding product information, services, and general questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps for electronic devices or software. For complex issues, the CSR will escalate them to a technical support specialist or higher-level support team.
  • Manage Accounts: Access and update customer records, process orders, returns, and exchanges, and assist with billing inquiries or warranty information.
  • Problem Solve: Listen actively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of the problem, and determine the best solution to solve the issue efficiently.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by the electronics brand to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Document Interactions: Record details of customer contacts and actions taken in a customer relationship management (CRM) software or database system.
  • Ensure Satisfaction: De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers and strive to ensure a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships.
