Job Summary:

The IT Solutions Configuration Specialist /BOM Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) for network and security solution projects. This role ensures accurate cost estimates, material listings, and technical compliance to support the sales and technical teams in delivering precise and competitive project proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed BOMs for network and security systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams for BOM accuracy.
  • Update and revise BOMs based on project or client changes.
  • Monitor material costs, usage, and inventory.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and client reference.
  • Ensure all BOMs comply with company and industry standards.
  • Support project teams in planning and material sourcing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in BOM preparation or technical documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in ERP, AutoCAD, or related tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
