About the role

As a Quality Analyst at Exact Star Subic Bay Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's software products.   1. At least 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO or related industry
  2. Strong analytical and communication skills
  3. Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching
  5. Proficient in MS Office and quality monitoring tools
