Office Administrator

About the Role:
The Office Administrator (OA) ensures that the office runs efficiently by managing administrative activities across all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the office space, furniture and fittings, and liaising with vendors to ensure that they are kept clean and in good repair.
- Ensuring that the office IT equipment and systems are functioning effectively, and liaising with the IT Department and local vendors to address deficiencies.
- Maintaining adequate office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Providing administrative services to the Finance department, including banking and petty cash activities.
- Providing administrative services to the Business Development department, including assistance with promotional materials, feasibility studies, budgets, and agreements.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Secondary school qualification and preferably a college or university certificate or a degree in a life science or business related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
