OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE

  1. Develop, implement and continuously improve environmental, health and safety systems and programs that ensure regulatory compliance, protect employee well-being, minimize environmental impact and support sustainable business operations. 2. Promote a strong EHS culture, mitigating risks and enhancing operational excellence through proactive engagement and leadership.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure Compliance and Alignment with Regulatory Requirements and Standards

1.1 Make sure the company follows environment, health and safety laws and standards including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

1.2 Conduct gap analysis and ensure readiness for regulatory and third party inspections

  1. Conduct Hazard Controls and Risk Assessment

2.1 Lead Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Environmental Aspect and Significant Impact Identification (EASI)

2.2 Develop and implement control measures to mitigate occupational and environmental hazards

2.3 Monitor the effectiveness of controls and recommend improvements.

  1. Develop and Implement Environmental, Health and Safety Related Programs

3.1 Assist in the management and supervision of programs such as waste management, energy & water conservation, chemical safety, ergonomics, PPE compliance and others.

3.2 Promote continuous improvement through audits, OTPs and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

3.3 One of the key personnel in the development, implementation and evaluation of EHS procedures including emergency preparedness and response plan.

3.4 Facilitate EHS Training Programs for All Levels of Employees

  1. Conduct Safety Inspection and Audits

4.1 Regular inspection of operations equipment and facilities to identify unsafe conditions and non-conformance.

4.2 Create Annual ISO 14001 & iso 45001 Internal Audit Plan

  1. Contractor and Project Oversight

5.1 Review and approve contractor Safe Work Execution Plan (SWEP), Work Permit requests and monitor compliance during project activities.

5.2 Ensure integration of established internal EHS standards and manage changes (MOC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
