Job Summary:

Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior chefs. Maintain high standards of hygiene, portion control, and food quality. Support large-scale catering operations, buffet setups, and concessionaire services for 2,000+ pax per day.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in private catering, corporate events, or concessionaire kitchens
  • Knowledge of Filipino and basic international cuisine
  • Ability to follow recipes, portioning, and plating instructions accurately
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)
  • Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments
