Tax Liason Qualifications

• College Graduate in any course's
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license may be required, especially for positions involving fieldwork.
• Preferred with service/Motor.
• With experience to same filed for 1-2 years

Experience:

• Experience in processing government-related documents is highly preferred, such as deeds of sale, title transfers, and property tax payments.
• Experience dealing with government agencies like the BIR, Register of Deeds, and the Assessor's Office is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of government compliances with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), local government units (LGUs), and other agencies like the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is essential.
• Familiarity with Philippine government processes for permits, licenses, and document submission is crucial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with government officials and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is generally required for administrative and reporting tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are important for handling multiple deadlines and responsibilities.
• Willingness to do fieldwork, travel locally, and work beyond standard hours is often expected.
• Familiarity with government-related systems and accounting software like SAP can be a plus.
