  • Conducts health assessment of health status of employees

  • Maintains, issues and monitors medical supplies and equipment within the prescribed budgeted resources
  • Conducts physical examination to newly on board and sick employees and evaluate if they are already fit to work
  • Coordinates and ensure compliance by employees to company annual physical examinations
  • Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis and send incident reports to HR Supervisor and Manager
  • Posts health advisory in company bulletins and coordinates right agencies to conduct lectures or forum for employees
  • Appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment
  • Ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment safety regulations
