  • Receives the examination request forms, preparing charge slips.

  • Encode patients data, release x-ray, ultrasound and mammogram results.

  • Prepare patients for the examination and giving clear instruction prior to the procedure.

  • Perform general diagnostic and radiographic work.

  • Select and operate equipment as directed.

  • Perform x-ray and ultrasound examination in OR, MICU,PACU, PICU, IMCU and NICU that may need portable x-ray.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area.

  • Attend lectures and seminars for staff development.

  • Attend flag ceremony, departmental meetings and hospital meetings. Maintain ethical relationship with patients and other personnel.

Minimum Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelors of Science in Radiologic Technology a 4-year degree program.

Experience

  • No prior work experienced required.
  • Completion of clinical intership /practicum during degree is considered sufficient.

Training

  • None required

  • Must be a licensed Radiologic Technologist
