The Company Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport employees, clients, documents, and materials as required. The position ensures vehicle safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance, while complying with all traffic rules and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport company personnel, materials, or equipment to and from designated locations.
  • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules are met.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspection before and after operation to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
  • Monitor and record regular preventive maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire pressure, battery check, etc.).
  • Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or needed repairs immediately to the Admin Department.
  • Secure and submit vehicle trip logs, fuel consumption reports, and maintenance records accurately and on time.
  • Assist in delivery and collection of documents, payments, or materials when required.
  • Observe proper etiquette, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with company employees, clients, and external parties.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Perform messenger or other administrative tasks when not engaged in driving duties.
  • Support the HR & Admin Department in logistical arrangements during company events or activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3 as applicable).
  • At least 2 years of driving experience (preferably in a corporate or logistics setting).
  • Familiar with routes within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
  • Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Physically fit, trustworthy, and punctual.
  • Has good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
