  • Responsible for managing the operations and activities of the TESDA Provincial Office;20%
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external parties/stakeholders in TVET;10%
  • Direct the formulation of policies relative to the implementation and promotion of programs to support HR development initiatives;10%
  • Direct the planning of programs and activities relative to the various provincial programs and the resources required for their effective and efficient execution;10%
  • Direct the efficient execution of plans with organized systems and procedures;10%
  • Spearhead the organization and maintenance of the Provincial TESD Committee (PTESDC);10%
  • Direct the monitoring of outputs and evaluation of outcomes;10%
  • Lead in building a strong, capable, and motivated workforce in the Provincial Office.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:Education: Master's degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSCExperience: 5 years of supervisory/management experience

Training: 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention
