The Senior Content Lead is responsible for overseeing multimedia content creation and execution across the companys marketing initiatives. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, high-quality visuals, and engaging content across all platforms. The Senior Content Lead also guides and supervises the Marketing Assistant, providing strategic direction, creative input, and constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of multimedia content (graphics, videos, social media visuals, and other digital assets) for marketing campaigns and brand communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor the Marketing Assistant, providing guidance on content creation, workflow processes, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across all channels, maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams for campaign planning and execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and multimedia tools to enhance content strategies and efficiency.
  • Optimize content processes and workflows, leveraging creative and technological solutions to improve productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in multimedia tools, video editing software, and digital content platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative eye and strong attention to detail.
