DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Customer's Order Fulfillment - Process the order slip and correct allocation of batch per customer align with customer's criteria.

2. Purchase Order preparation - Prepares the purchase order per supplier.

3. Sales Contract management - Secures timely the sales contracts for each supplier, ensuring efficient procurement processes.

4. Product Claim management - Ensures on time collection of filed claim to suppliers.

5. Pending purchase order management - Ensures 100% alignment of pending purchase order to suppliers.

6. Material Planning Requirement management - Ensures on time and correct generation of MRP and Deficiency list.

7. Supplier Evaluation management - Supports to maintain data criteria for supplier evaluation and create a draft supplier evaluation per supplier.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or a related position.
  • Strong organizational and time management (prioritization) skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management (FEFO, FIFO and ABC analysis).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Excel (Pivot table, Excel Basic and Advanced functions)
  • Have a background in Forecasting Analysis
  • With critical thinking, proactive and attention to detail.
