We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS functions, ensuring high efficiency, safety, cost control, and compliance within the facility. The role is focused on driving operational excellence and supporting the Plant Manager in achieving overall plant performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Leadership - Oversee daily production, engineering, and maintenance activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Policies & Budgeting - Develop and implement manufacturing policies, internal structures, and budgets; monitor productivity, cost, and overall plant performance.
  • People Management - Allocate work and lead a team through mentoring, performance feedback, training, and talent retention.
  • Production & Assembly Supervision - Monitor processes, resolve issues, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure smooth production and mold/die/tool maintenance execution.
  • Equipment & Reliability - Approve parts procurement, monitor maintenance plans, and ensure uptime of machinery for optimal operational continuity.
  • Engineering & New Projects - Assign projects, track progress, control cost and schedule, resolve technical challenges, and coordinate across departments.
  • EHS & Regulatory Compliance - Implement EHS systems, ensure safe work conditions, monitor compliance, and eliminate safety risks.
  • Continuous Improvement / TEOA - Drive Lean, Kaizen, and cost-saving projects; utilize TEOA tools (VS Transformation, CCF, etc.) to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 10 years of shop-floor management experience in the electrical/electronics manufacturing industry, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in Lean / Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operator training.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, planning, and project management.
  • Strong English communication (written & oral) and proficient PC skills.
