IT Project manager Consultant

This is Project based Consultant to our client for a minimum of 6 Months (Possible for extension depending on Project status & performance). Consultant is a Term for this role because you will be working on a Project for 6 months but this is NOT PART-TIME. You will be working on a FULL TIME SCHEDULE: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm (9 HOURS day: including your break time). You will be directly employed to our client but they will not process your mandated benefits & tax. You will process your own benefits: Mandated benefits; No benefits for this role (that is why this is Consultant) & lesser benefits. We Prefer candidates with BIR 2303. After 6 Months, it depends with your project status & performance or to the client (that you will be supporting) if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Project Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• REQUIRED: Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITE in Makati & ORTIGAS (Candidate must be open to work both in Ortigas & Makati as it depends with the hiring manager)
• Open to work on a DAYSHIFT SCHEDULE
• Open for project based employment- Consultant role as indicated above- You will process your own benefits
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the financial services or banking / finance domain.
• Experience in the following: end-to-end management of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Leading project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communications. Coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and business units to ensure project success.
• Advantage: banking projects experience
• Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Can Start ASAP

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php100, Php180,000.00 per month
