Job Summary:

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Associate who will support Engkanto Brewery - Business Development team in executing in-store campaigns, managing merchandising initiatives, and ensuring optimal product visibility in both retail and warehouse environments. This role blends retail execution, inventory oversight, and data-driven marketing support to help drive brand presence and sales across trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Business Development Manager
  • Roving Sales for the team to check all trade stores
  • Implement trade marketing and promotional campaigns across retail partner stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee product displays and ensure consistent, visually appealing, and brand-compliant presentation.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels in coordination with warehouses and retail outlets to prevent out-of-stock issues.
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitor insights to support marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Conduct regular store and warehouse visits to assess compliance, collect feedback, and support promotional efforts.
  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns and merchandising strategies and submit reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and external retail partners to ensure smooth execution of trade initiatives.
  • Assist with event coordination and general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in trade marketing, retail, e-commerce, or customer service (required)
  • Amenable to travel (must have own vehicle) fuel expenses reimbursed
  • Proven ability to manage merchandising and product placement in retail environments
  • Amenable to work in-office and on-site for field visits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with internal teams and retail partners
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexible with schedule and open to working paid extra hours as needed
  • Can start ASAP or within 1 week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
