The Commercial Manager – Kitchen Solutions is responsible for leading the sales strategy, business development, and key account management for both unit sales and project-based kitchen solutions. The role oversees the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—while ensuring revenue growth, market share expansion, and client satisfaction. The position requires strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, supply chain, finance, and project management. Experience in pharmaceutical sales management will be considered an advantage, particularly in managing complex, compliance-driven sales cycles and building strong institutional client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual sales and revenue plans aligned with corporate goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality, food service, institutional, and retail sectors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Lead high-value contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Represent Fabtech in trade shows, industry events, and client presentations.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Set clear KPIs for sales executives and monitor performance through regular reviews.
Foster a high-performance sales culture with a focus on accountability and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management teams for accurate technical proposals.
Work with Finance to ensure pricing models meet profitability targets.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery and installation schedules. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales performance reports to senior management.
Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business or relevant field is an advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in sales management, preferably in B2B, technical, or solutions-based industries.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Advantage: Managerial sales exposure in a pharmaceutical setup, particularly in institutional or large-scale client management.
Strong commercial negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Knowledge of contract management, pricing strategies, and P&L responsibility.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic project management systems.
Ability to travel locally and occasionally internationally for client meetings and events.
Results-driven and customer-focused.
Resilient under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php80, Php150,000.00 per month
