Duties & Responsibilities:

* Pre-bidding Meetings: Attend meetings with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the project.

* Site Inspections: Traveling to job sites to gather information on materials, labor, equipment and evaluate the site conditions.

* Collaboration: Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects (Designers & Consultants)

* Cost Estimation: Identifying and quantifying all cost factors (Materials, Labor, Equipment's & Others) involved in the project as per given Scope of Works, Drawings & other documents provided by the client or designers.

* Calculations: Using computer software (MS Excel) can calculate quantities & summations of all cost factors (Materials, Labor, Equipment's & Others).

* Presentations: Able to prepare and present costing to management and to client as well during Technical & Commercial Evaluation.

* Support: Provide support to other department such as Operations, PCD, Procurement during the project execution of awarded projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
