Overview:

The Telesales Agent will be responsible for contacting customers to introduce and provide information about the company's product.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Clear, fluent voice with strong communication skills. A successful telesales agent must be able to identify customer needs and desires in order to provide accurate and relevant advice.
  • Sales skills, including the ability to close deals.
  • Strong problem-handling skills.
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer psychology.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Education and Experience:

  • Male or female, 25 years or older, with at least a high school diploma.
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience (direct sales or telesales).
  • Preference given to candidates with sales or product-consulting experience in industries such as dietary supplements, skills training, finance/insurance, travel, real estate, beauty services, online business, or similar fields.
  • Candidates without experience in the dietary supplement industry will receive training from the company.
