Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize engaging content (posts, videos, stories) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, aligning with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including scheduling, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions.
  • Design and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
  • Analyze KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar; provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and competitor strategies to recommend innovative approaches.
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives and cross-departmental campaigns as needed.
  • Manage marketing inventory such as giveaways, merchandise, and collaterals used for promotions or events.
  • Coordinate and process gift redemptions via the DH Partner App—including validation, documentation, and releasing of rewards.
  • Assist in planning and execution of webinars, events, and on-ground activations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital/social media marketing, with hands-on experience in FB/IG/TikTok platform management and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills;
  • Advertising: Proven track record in managing paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on metrics.
  • Marketing Operations: Organized and detail-oriented in tracking inventories, processing redemptions, and supporting multi-channel campaigns.
  • Event Skills: Experience in supporting webinars and corporate events, including prep work and live execution.
  • Bonus: Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time
