Job description:

We are looking for a
dependable and experienced Villa Driver
who is willing to
stay-in
at the property. The role involves providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation for household members, guests, and goods while ensuring the villa vehicle is well-maintained and in top condition. This position requires a high level of responsibility, discretion, and basic vehicle maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties:

  • Safely transport household members, guests, and goods to assigned locations, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, coordinating schedules as needed.
  • Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.

Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:

  • Regularly inspect and maintain the villa vehicle, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, brakes, and other key components.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing tires, refilling fluids, and keeping the vehicle clean (interior and exterior).
  • Arrange and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs when needed.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and servicing schedules.
  • Ensure vehicle registrations, insurance, and other legal documents are up to date.
  • Follow all villa policies regarding vehicle use and safety protocols.

Confidentiality & Professionalism:

  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when transporting villa residents, guests, or important packages.
  • Handle sensitive discussions and materials with professionalism and respect for privacy.

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Provide a pleasant and professional experience for passengers by being courteous, attentive, and punctual.
  • Communicate effectively with household staff and supervisors regarding schedules, adjustments, and any vehicle-related concerns.
  • Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a
    clean driving record
    .
  • At least
    2-3 years of experience
    as a professional driver (villa or household experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of
    basic vehicle maintenance
    and minor repairs.
  • Strong understanding of
    traffic laws and road safety
    .
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to
    handle confidential matters
    with discretion.
  • Willing to
    stay in
    at the villa.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
