What You'll Do:Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.

Oversee daily construction activities, maintaining safety, compliance, and high standards. Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses, optimizing costs without compromising quality. Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and community partners to align visions and foster positive relationships.

Innovate construction methods and solve challenges to deliver exceptional results. RequirementsWhat You Bring:5+ years of project management experience in residential or resort construction.

Strong experience in managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of the Philippine landscape, particularly in provincial areas for resort development, is required. Experience in dealing with LGUs relating to local permits (building permits, business permits, water, etc.).

Advanced skills in Sketchup software. Proven leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication is strictly required.

Knowledge of construction regulations and environmental practices. A passion for creating refined, sustainable spaces that reflect local culture. Willing to be assigned in Siargao IslandWorking LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
